SHIPPING RATES & FEES

Our default currency is USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used in the transaction. 

Shipping charges $6.90 on orders up to $80. FREE on all orders over $80.

 *Note: Some electronic products or furniture might have shipping rate different than the standard shipping rate.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. Once the payment verified, the order cannot be cancelled or changed within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

PROCESSING

It normally takes 24 - 72 business hours to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included. It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information. If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order, we can ship it in one day.

SHIPPING

TOV Collection has a few warehouses located in United States, Germany and China. We offer the express and best quality trackable shipping solution. Shipment takes approximately 3 - 45 business days to reach destination countries. Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with international tracking number will be sent to you.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping time is estimated and commenced from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. Usually it takes about 30-60 days to some countries. Please submit a ticket by email us within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
