While many are wondering, can I loss weight by simply walk and walk?!
Well, YES and I love this easy yet simply "lazy" way.

Getting fit can sometimes feel impossible, especially if you have never worked out or used to and are struggling to build back endurance and get back into a routine habit. We get that! BUT, what if I tell you our success story that you could walk your way into a healthier, toner body and weight loss? A short 30-mins walking routine can do that for you, while also improving your health.

Treadmill workouts are a popular choice for improving cardiovascular fitness as well as losing weight. There are so many beneficial ways to use a treadmill for getting into shape and staying fit for all levels of fitness. 

The speed varies between 3.0 mph to 4.0 mph, which is a quick walking pace. The change in incline will help you enter the fat burning zone to help you melt away the pounds.

The right workout plan can make exercise more fun and exciting and less boring and stale. One of the great things about exercising on a treadmill is being able to watch your favorite show to help the time pass by quickly.
